  • Fitness – We believe that those who commit to a fitness plan are healthier, feel better and require less medical treatment. At Personalized Healthcare, we recognize that everyone has different styles, motivating factors and goals. We believe in supporting your goals by encouraging small, permanent, sustainable changes. Fitness includes flexibility, strength and cardiovascular health. Working with our patients, we are able to establish where you are on the fitness spectrum and where your end goal may be.
  • Therapy – Whether it be a fall, sports injury or just everyday wear and tear, all bodies experience pain at some point in time. We have a collaborative relationship with a licensed physical therapist who can help evaluate and treat certain musculoskeletal and neurological disorders. Providing education in fall prevention, ergonomics, back pain, sports injury and other topics helps with the prevention portion of our practice. In addition, we have a quick and easy referral to a qualified therapist who knows our philosophy and develops an integrated plan specific for you.
  • Well Being – Choosing our practice means that you have a commitment to your physical health and your over all well being.
