Prevention – Our members receive an executive physical each year which is included in the annual fee. We use state of the art technology allowing us to focus on prevention. This comprehensive wellness exam may include an EKG, spirometry, digital chest X-ray, and physical assessment. Personalized Healthcare’s digital chest X ray creates a more detailed image, decreases radiation exposure time to the chest and neck by 50%, and decreases the amount of radiation to the chest and neck by 26%. A comprehensive annual exam by your personal physician allows us to work as a team to “know” your body, develop plans to improve your health and track your physical history. Education – At Personalized Healthcare, your waiting room is replaced with an educational center designed for members to learn about fitness, nutrition and wellness. You may attend a group lecture, cooking demonstration or play on the wii fit. Treatment – While prevention and education are key factors in sustaining a healthy body; illness and injury do occur.
