  • Choices – These are the active, conscious decisions we make on a daily basis. This includes the fuel you give your body, the toxins you allow and the amount of activity you provide. By providing education, we allow you to make the healthiest choices possible for YOU. This may be easy in the medical spectrum but difficult on the physical spectrum. The goal is to develop a plan with your physician and be realistic and relaxed with your decisions.
  • Habits – Habits are the hardest to change. You may or may not be aware of the daily choices that become “habits”. Our goal is to encourage healthy habits and find ways for your to change those that don’t meet your personalized plan’s goals. Our practice prides itself on being positive, personalized and judgment free.
  • Lifestyle – By making the best choices and establishing the best habits, it is possible to create a healthy lifestyle. When you are ready, we will assist you in designing a “business plan” for health. Your plan will include a spectrum for medical, physical and behavioral health. We will determine where you are on these spectrums and from there, discover your end point goals. This business health plan will incorporate your goals, your choices and your level of commitment to provide realistic guidance.
